data bearer--->packet data/gprs
access point name --->gprssouth.cel lone.in
home page --->http://mms/mmsc
then option advanced settings
networt type--->IPv4
proxy server address--->10.100.5.20
proxy port number--->3100
save it and while trying to send mms add +0091 before the number
ok enjoy freely
